Thanks ding dong, I have seem, these..But nothing about "insider" information brought on this side. Bringing is illegal and dealing on such information is also Illegal.

I am from Denmark and is a Certified Public Accountant, appointed by the Danish Government. I this respect I have audited many listed Companies. As such I have been involved in these Companies announcements to the Bursa.
On this forum there have been brought a lot of rumors about the situation of Zelan, some may be true some false. But some seems just by there nature to be true, top management leaves the Company etc.Where are the announcements from the Company.
And I am looking for the quality of this Forum!!??

The announcement is a trick. Because it is not a "reel" announcement as it only porpose, their is no GM or AM, it is not a valid announcement to the shareholders. It's is starting the manipulation to get the dirty job done, then maybe their will be a reel announcement to the shareholders. We are much further away than Africa, don't understand the Bursa can accept this manipulation.

@van Felix, yes that's why we are in Africa. This "show" should never happen. First you get it approved together with up to date finalsial information, then you - if approved - you go public with the announcement

I dont understand why the Bursa accept the way this company run the show. No financial report in connection with the proposal. This would never be allowed in other Bursa (maybe Africa)

The article in Edge is very amateurish, they give the figures, with out try to analyze what been transformed in Zelan. If you use 5 minutes to see what has happend to the company, you will see that a huge transforming process I actually happing in the company, well done Zelan Keep on the good work.

@chernhung, let's wait and see, a new house cannot be finished in one day. The price can still go up now if one believe in the future

Don't forget Zelan come up from very low very fast. A lot of investors like to se the money in their pockets. New investors will come when people realize that the company are on a new track

Just take it easy. Look at the contract the company have got recently, look at the web page, look at the lay out of the annual account, look at the know how the company master, look at everything = proffecionally, they just made one mistake trying to change the company into a world player! now the strategy is clear and safe. We wait and see
