Kenanga has issued KSL-CA maturity date 1/7/2015 with exercise price of rm2.25, to avoid lose money sure they will suppress the price with the help of Ku family. They are in fact a bastard, they try to make money at the expense of genuine small investors.

Kenanga really son of the bitch! Last year they STRONGLY recommended investor to buy KSL, now just because they have issued Call Warrant, to make sure they will not lose money they now said KSL not the time to buy, in other words it is over value. SHIT!

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 5): Property developer KSL Holdings Bhd ( Financial Dashboard) saw 63 million of its shares, representing a stake of 8.01%, traded off-market today for RM54.18 million.

According to Bloomberg data, the shares were moved in three blocks. The first two blocks encompassed 25 million shares each at a transaction price of RM21.5 million each block. The third block encompassed 13 million shares at a transaction price of RM11.18 million.

It is not immediately known who the parties involved in the transactions were.

According to Bloomberg data, the largest shareholder of KSL is Premiere Sector Sdn Bhd, which holds a direct stake of 36.83% in the company, followed by Citigroup Nominees (Asing) Sdn Bhd with a 5.77% direct stake.

Other substantial shareholders are founder and managing director Khoo Cheng Hai, who holds a 4.71% stake, followed by KSL chairman Ku Hwa Seng with 4.6% shareholding, KSL executive director Ku Tien Sek with 3.15% shareholding and Ku Wa Chong with 1.16% shareholding.

KSL shares were trading at RM1.22 in January last year, before reaching a high of RM2.44 in September 2014. The counter closed at 2 sen, or 1.1% lower at RM1.80 today, with 2.56 million shares done, giving it a market capitalisation of RM1.42 billion.

Two or three years ago, one of the player has bought two million shares at the price of around rm1/share, now it has grown up to rm4/share. and, he still keep it. He never bother today or tomorrow price up or down, even thought he has already made Rm 6 million on book. Middle of the year I have bought some at 2.3(1.15 after X), and also still hold it. Just because I see it will still growth. I never bother some nuisance make some nonsense. 冬至抉樂！
