It is a pity that I am too late to discover the blog posted by Valuestock. Is ok, I can still join your chating party.
The anualized revenue is RM 337.6 mil, excluding the one-time profit. Not much different from previous year. So how does its additional profit come from? Maximum capacity or greatly reduced cost?

my rough valuation to ksl is rm4 per share. here is my calculation:
assumption 1: ksl will continue its earning streak
assumption 2: ksl average net profit margin maintain at 40%
assumption 3: ksl sells all units it builds
future potential earning per share = RM40b (KSL landbank GDV) x 40% (np margin) / 960 millions number of shares
future potential earning per share = RM16.67
applying 50% discount and the present value would be = RM8.33
assumption 4: in within my maximum investment horizon, 50% of ksl landbank has left un-develop, thus,
8.33 x 50% = RM4.17
