My basic valuation for this share is based on the price before MCO - 20 sen, PAT is 9. New contract 400m x ((3-5% = 4%)-1% of increase in admin) = 12m. The share price should be at least 0.47 sen. If they can use this money to expand their factory and brand for their OBM, future will go well even without the contract. Brand is much more important especially during Covid to promote their product. The downside is based on their QR2 report, their indo sales is not good and catching up now. Expect QR3 PAT dont boost or maybe just break even and QR4 should be able to recover and hit higher PAT than comparative QR.

The future uncertainty part is whether the owner got the motive and own pride to make this co become top tier business or he just wanna make money from investor. And partnering with China Co is not easy, now they need expertise from Bio, once they get the know-how, they will kick u out anytime. However, they are pretty good in cost controlling and efficiency management.
