I doubt that TA 3 & 4 can target only local buyers... it will be a mixture of both local and foreign buyers judging from the location.

Wrote to MSWG asking about the shareholding spread extension issue. Below is what I received.

"For your info, the approval for the extension of time is up to the regulator. Therefore, we advise you to refer to Bursa Malaysia directly."

After MGO failed TT still acquiring...

This counter has so much potential but ignored by the market. TT does this purposely so no one can 'rampas' his TAGB from him. I do own some shares for this company.

Who is buying/selling at 29 sen?

If TT's intention is to increase his stake in TA, he has done a great job. But the shareholding for TAGB still unsolved...

Soon there will also be a MGO for tagb. Tony is already close to 40% shareholding in TA. His tagb stake is also getting close to 40% as well. Interesting right?

@singh1 If he can't get TA will surely get TAGB as the assets r mostly under this counter. May be this is what he is looking for. Just my opinion.

SC shouldn't keep approving d extension for mgt to fix d public shareholding spread. It must be limited to only 3 extensions. Else mgt can extend forever.

Really don't think both TA & TAGB shareholders r so dumb to sell at 66 sen & 31 sen respectively. I agree with Calvin's point.

This company has potential, can feel the owners' will in succeeding the business which will eventually reflected in share price.

The management might want to take the low price opportunity to privatize it. :P
