国能与AM 产业签约 向文东水力购电21年

（吉隆坡24日讯）国家能源（TENAGA，5347，主板贸服股）与AM产业（AMPROP，1007，主板产业股）签署长达21年协议，向文东水力发电厂购再生能源，每年料总值880万令吉。

根据AM产业文告，独资子公司Amcorp Perting水电公司，昨日与国能签署新合约以取代旧约，从文东的小型水力发电厂，供应6兆瓦（MW）再生能源给国能。

该公司在2009年投入运作时，再生能源的产能为4兆瓦，日前已提升至6兆瓦。

双方早在2012年3月，已开始合作供应和购电。

Mr vege, really regret not taking your advice. I sold some at 1.45 - 1.48 but bought back at 1.35. I actually do agree with you that Amprop has risen a lot from last year. But maybe like Mr Lim, some of us seem to have fallen in love with it, we keep telling ourselves that it should worth more. Maybe greed has overcome us too. 众人皆醉你独醒，salute to you ! in the Company’s latest financial results announcement for the quarter ended 30 June 2014.

The Company would like to update the Exchange that UNP’s solicitors had vide their letter dated 11 September 2014 informed that at the hearing held on
11 September 2014, the Kota Kinabalu High Court ("High Court") has awarded a sum of Ringgit Malaysia Sixty One Million Two Hundred and Twenty Two Thousand One Hundred
and Three and Sen Eighty Six (RM61,222,103.86) only (“the said Sum”) as damages to UNP with interest on the said Sum at the rate of eight per centum (8%)
per annum from June 1997 to February 2008 and thereafter at the statutory interest on the said Sum from 28 February 2008 till date of full and final settlement.


The Company shall take action to enforce the High Court Order forthwith.

This announcement is dated 11 September 2014.

UNP Plywood Sdn Bhd是Dutaland的92%子公司。
