桂嘉信托（QCAPITA，5123，产业信托）上个月宣布以7亿5000万令吉，向马资源（MRCB，1651，主板建筑股）收购吉隆坡中环（KL Sentral）旗舰办公楼Platinum Sentral和地段。

桂嘉信托将以4亿8600万令吉现金支付马资源，余款2亿6400万令吉，则以每单位1.32令吉，发行桂嘉信托新单位给马资源。

目前，这项收购活动还在进行紧密审核，排除意外，将于3或4月签署买卖协议。

行家建议

我们相信，长期内，桂嘉信托的新加坡股东———CapitaLand，目标是要将所持有的桂嘉信托股权全部脱售，退出该产托。

虽然如此，完成收购后，马资源将晋身为该产托大股东。

长期内，料带来协同作用，而且有能力将该产托带到领域另一个层次，重新吸引投资者关注。

我们也相信，未来的马资源入股后，就会把旗下投资资产注入桂嘉信托，因为这是让该公司释放资产价值最快的方式。
