IWC price lower at 1.34 will make Ekov's cash offer of 1.5 more attractive. Hope Greenland's delayed second payment is not deliberate so as to help bring down IWC price.

Look at those O&G stocks, no amount of FA can convincingly tell you its a good value buy…..juz ride the momentum…. momentum play is the name of the game in a bull market. Wht more the big picture of Eko is very positive

I have sold all my IWC to switch to Ekovest since its better to hold Ekov who is buying something at 1.5 but worth more than 3:)

I think Kanasai selling down story could be the move to induce selling for them to buy cheaply….
any selling wd slow down due to the mkt bullish tone to take advantage of higher prices….
in short, its all managed...

Ekovest is a much better vehicle for Botak to monetize all his( & his partner') billion rm of assets.
Watch this counter eventually repeating the feat of IWC going above rm3

institutional holding drop from 24% to 22% recently could reflect sale by KNS's company holding Ekov shares...

botak will be a dead duck if traders can guess when he will push up the price, just hold on to the share if one believes in the value….

did anyone notice all sellers queuing at 1.52 at opening actually sold at 1.62 in one fell-swoop involving 38 mil shares? Very strong buying power ne. bottom fishers no chance to get at 1.52

In fact IWCity original own land bank of 900 acres in Plentong should have a fair mkt value that
can easily boost the co's nta to above rm4 per share. The sale of Greenland of some 120+ acres for rm2.3 bil is supposed to yield more than rm1 profit per share for the company.

the premium quantum that wb enjoys shd narrow over time as serious investors realise that
its more beneficial to hold the mother, in view of what is coming…...

shd never attempt to time the share movement … invest & hold on to your conviction… that's how money can be made :)

Stockmanmy, if you are offered to buy a house at rm100K as against its mkt price of rm300k but the seller's cost is only rm10k, will you buy?

Pending the completion of merger btw IWC & IWH, IWC price is a benchmark of valuation of IWH shares. We can take the cue that IWC price has to go to rm3 before IWH issues Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares(RCPS) to Johor Sultan & Kumpulan Pasarana to acquire their assets. This is because the RCPS(issue price rm1.5) are convertible to IWH shares on the ratio of 2:1 which means valuing each IWH share at rm3. Of course RCPS holders will only convert their holding when the subsequent quoted price of IWH is above rm3.

Expect to consolidate around current level & gradually move up beyond 2 in sustainable way…

Longer term holders shall be able to realise value above 3 by going thru the corporate exercise I feel…….

T+3 contra trades all neutralised judging by the trend… a strong sign of the value of the deal

LKH & his Chinese partners will no doubt able to realise those mammoth projects….especially the Bandar Malaysia project which is part of the One Belt One Road project that is very crucial to China's master plan in linking up the whole of Asia by modern rail technology.

Look at Forect City by another Chinese Developer, Country Gardens, many locals are amazed & impressed at the devt in terms of design & implementation & many have commented that there is no way any local developer (incl EcoWorld) can match their feat…...

If KPRS & the Sultan Johor are willing to accept the terms of RCPS (issued at rm1.5) to be converted at the ratio of 2 RCPS to 1 IWH ordinary share, this already a clear indication of the
price of rm3 per IWH shr, which is attractive to them becos its valued at 33% discount to nta of rm4.5(not including the Bandar Malaysia asset yet)

Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares to be issued at rm1.5 per unit to acquire the proposed assets from various parties as mentioned in the announcement are convertible(subject to certain conditions) into ordinary shares in IWH at a ratio of 2:1 i.e. valuing it at rm3(presumably at 20-30% discount to the nta of IWH?)

From the above news, obviously the strong run up in price is not due to sale of land or dividend etc.
Should wait for the details of the announcement of the corporate exercise on today or tomorrow before we make any premature judgement on the price trend…..
