Co will announce new CFO, where I promise the candidate is of equal / own more experience and calibre to bring wellcall to another height. Fundamental is strong, expansion on going as plan, depreciation of USD is a strong point, so no issue here. We are working for full year RM 40 million profit when the 3rd factory commences on July. Selling pressure is normal for insti / retail who just bought recently. Give Chee Chek a good rest and we will definitely welcome him return to the company when he recovers either as NED or ED. We wish him good health. And good job in past 10 yrs. Thank You.

The Board of Directors of Kimlun Corporation Berhad (“KIMLUN or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kimlun Sdn Bhd had accepted the letter of award from Nusajaya Heights Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of UEM Sunrise Bhd for the construction of affordable apartments in Johor Bahru, Johor (“the Project”). The contract sum for the Project is Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred Thirty Million Seven Hundred Three Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Seven and Cents Fifteen Only (RM230,703,587.15).
The construction work is expected to be completed by August 2017.
The Projects is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of KIMLUN Group for the financial years during the contract period.
None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the above contracts.

impartiality - I agree your points on Ivory. I own a property there and cannot dispose, no liquidity. Bocor sini Bocor sana. At night very noisy,because of night club run by the CEO. Not managing his core business seriously, but open night club. He is always there too until late midnight, and you can see his car in the early Morning.

I own property built by Ivory - Worst developer I have ever encountered, look at car park at penang times sq, bocor sana bocor sini. Car park is one of the most challenging car park in the world, even close down car park. Tenancy rate in their second phase is 0% after 2 yrs, amazing

My trader also reveal that Dr Yu Kuan Chon has interest to accumulate. I was told of good div yield and thin liquidity. Similar to Shangri-la before Dr Yu acquired substantial stake. Shang increased from RM2 to RM7 today and who cares about its PE. As long as management is sound.

Chee Chek resignation will not affect the co operation. As everyone knows, our company key and instrumental people is Managing Director, Mr Huang Sha. As long as Mr Huang is in the company, everything remain intact. Chee Chek is our CFO where his previous duty is on finance & treasury. New CFO will resume our group policy. Chee Chek's health is more important than Wellcall, we have to accept and welcome him back anytime when he recovers. There is definitely no board struggle as rumoured in the market.
