if I am right, Dr Yeoh own the Vivocom subsidiary shares, meaning that, when Vivocom making huge profits, he will be benefited by sharing the portion of the profits. Basically, i I think Dr. Yeoh need Vivocom as a platform for him to win more projects from CRCC. Those directors and top management are smart guys, they won't do stupid things include Anne. There should be internal settled case for the BOD.

I am of the opinion that the plunge of china stock market could possible leads to global financial crisis. As we noticed that, recent weeks U.S market declined quite significantly and ] this is the very first time U.S market decline significantly due to external factor. Everyone almost forget interest risk hike in U.S, this has becoming less significant matter as everyone focus on China economy. Hopefully this could sustain in 2016, but logical thinking U.S interest rate hike, this could reduce their purchasing power and expenditure on goods. Btw, SYF's managements did mentioned that they will adjust the prices, so we could not expect much on this. But I got 100% faith on development segment.

Today is a good opportunity to buy more POHUAT since the main reason market drop drastically was caused by SHanghai Composite Index(-7%). IT's a waste if u not collecting it.

Syf is a very small cap company and they just have 2 development projects currently, meanwhile locations are all very strategic, I believe Syf has no problem on this issue. Even few years back, Syf is managed to sold off all their new develop factory units in Sg.lalang semenyih, this is amazing. Btw, Syf has become smart, they pass all their property projects to sub-sales company (Gs Reality) and they have a lot of agents around selangor/klang valley.
