this counter share price may looks like in down trend period, but based on its past results, this company actually are expanding extremely fast, from the land bank of only 13K hectares increased to around 100K hectares land within 8 years. This counter probably suitable for long term investing, and u might only can get the lower price now, but not in the future when their Palm trees getting matured. Besides that, I do earning great profit margin% too for last 2-3 times.

Q4 is low due to Cash Flow being reduced by Inventories value (Operation Cost). They are preparing for GST, that is why the generated profits mostly become inventories now.
