Not sure if this should be seen as positive or negative.
Conversion means more common shares, thus lower per share value. On the other hand, conversion is only desirable if the holder thinks that the common share has good potential to go up.

Masteel is currently trading at a P/E of 8.xx which is much lower compared to other steel companies, LionFib (P/E 26.6), ann joo (P/E 56), kinsteel (loss making)

Besides, Masteel has the most stable earnings from 2010 - 2013 (EPS of 11 - 13).
