I agree with drtrade. AT is a mid term hold. The daily fluctuations will give the dogs plenty to bark about in the meantime and they'll get excited everytime it drops a couple of sen. Two weeks ago this was at 0.10, a month from now I foresee easy 0.50 when glove production kicks off. Take off your short term lens, this one is headed inevitably towards 50 and above.

The PG deal has been dead for some time already, most insiders knew that. The real growth story has been the near completion of AT's high tech, high capacity automated factory in Ipoh. The photos released to social media recently was the catalyst that started the recent price rise, and then of course helped by the LKL deal and KYY throwing his money into the company shares. As John Farmer said, it's possible the PG deal not going ahead helped drive the price too, as it now improves AT's nta by at least rm22 mil.

SpeedNpower, you're not far wrong in what you say. However glove demand has skyrocketed mainly due to change of habits and increased hygiene levels generally because of the pandemic, not to mention future stockpiling. TG boss already said that worldwide glove demand has been increasing 10-15% annually for the last 10 years even before covid came along. Post-covid a normal YoY increase could be closer to 30-40%. Based on this new yearly increase in demand, it is clear that supply cannot keep up, vaccine or not.

So many good things happening..., distributor deal with lkl, kyy onboard, PG confirmation coming, glove production starting in a few weeks. And I'm sure ular mak has a few announcements up his sleeve to slowly release next few weeks. No one in their right mind will get off this train now. Retailers and kyy are switching their money from big 4 to AT. Hold and add more!
