very much agree..ex date announcement highly likely this week or latest Monday/Tuesday next week. The show belum start lagi, warming up only..should be able to c RM 11 in the coming days. The support is definitely there. Do not forget KWAP and EPF will need to hoot9e as they need the special dividend to maintain a healthy return for all holders. 100% believe, those big boys will need come back support as the dividend at current price, 5.4%.

FYI, it even surpasses TG dividend announced today, which is also commendable 4.85%

fren, capital gain or not depends on your entrance price. Lets take closing as at 27th march with RM 10000 capital @806 units (12.40) and u gotten at this price, u will be getting RM 564 div (70 sen and not 50 sen as your tabulation. It then drop to 11.80 closing on 30th march, u capital loss of RM 483 and that still net u profit RM 80.

That happen if u gotten at high on the last day b4 ex date and if u gotten it at low 11 from Mar 16 till mar 23, u earn both capital n dividend. And if u tabulate mar 31, it continue uptrend.

Coming back here, TNB is at very low price and if u gotten at current price, u stand a super high chance for both gain + div..
