@nikicheong u just mentioned that main board transfer is likely after meeting the criteria but now u say it's not happening ? Transfer of to main board will have a lot extra cost ? Pls enlighten me, I always thought is a good move to transfer.

Expect a drop but I see this as chance for average down. Gloves prices is steadily going up, more than 15% for the past 3 years, I'm a clinician and I buy large amount of gloves. Higher revenue posted but lower profit due to costing issue is not as bad as no sales, cost eventually have to transfer to end user. Other hand former company will have to increase their price also if the material cost keep going up. I also charge my patient more when my material price increases, no choice. Long term investor should see this as a chance for bottom fishing . Transferring to main board is another good news, so I remain positive on the future of this company in the long term.

the business is easy to understand and growth is almost certain as long as population grow. More factories, more house, more shops, more malls, everything need energy.

Is very straight forward only, if solar market recover then ts will do well again and share will back to rm1 again. when it will happen nobody will know. if u cant hold then just sell..... is just like oil market, when will oil price recover nobody will know.

healthcare in long term is definitely a good business. do not worry about the fluctuation in price.

all segment improve show improvement but cannot cover the lost in solar.. basically have to see when will the global solar market recover. downside risk if quite minimal if enter now...

if study the annual report you will notice in comparison to year 2015 their solar customer base has expanded a lot. They do not depend on taiwan solartech 1 big customer anymore. Is a good step from ts, at least they are doing something under such tough environment. But global solar price still the main factor on how profitable is the business.

qr report can only be profit or lost, chances of guessing right is 50/50. tats why i ask vivoviva. next qr vivoviva try come out with a figure, like profit 5 mil, lost 4 mil and etc. if the figure really correct then everybody will trust u 100%. i will call u my sifu

tekseng price is control by insider, 1 week before result announce, u will know the coming result is good, bad, or not much changes. if result bad like last quarter, u will see sharp drop. this q result obviously better than last quarter, but wont be excellent i think.

FBMKLCI2015 the qtr result confirm is better than last quarter. u wan to side bet?

nobody will know when is the result announcement except insider and they wont tell you. But latest is by end of this month because all company listed in bursa have to announce their report within 60 days after each quarter

its not that hard for tekseng to go back to its high of 1.3. there will be a surge in solar demand in china before june because they want to rush to fulfill the feed in tariff policy. just like last year solar boom to its peak at june then start go downhill. solar price already hit rock bottom, will surely go up

Yes is true do not buy share based on NTA, but it can be a reference. no doubt for ts to perform well like the first 2 quarter this year, solar business must back on track. solar price is now more or less flat, no more dropping. with increase order the cost will be cut down as many cost are fixed cost such as salary, employer benefit and etc. what ts need to do now is expand their customer base and fill up their production line to be more efficient.

So many joker here. look at the net asset per share. even if tekseng close down now, just selling all the asset also worth 0.71 per share la... only idiot or margin player will sell their share below 0.71

skyrider what makes you think selling price is lower than cost? really funny. even worker inside the solar plant will not know what is the cost. If selling price lower than cost nobody will produce anymore, use some common sense.....

there are few users here like beso are intentionally posting bad comments. they did the same thing in many other stocks forum as well, all they say is "drop, told u will drop 30%, run now, faster run". quite obvious their intention is to create fear so that people panic sell and they can collect at cheap price. Always do your own study and research, do not believe what some random guy say on the internet.

beso do not simply comment, is only kacang putih retailer that are selling, major shareholder need to make announcement to bursa if they wan to sell their share, just like when they purchase additional share recently last month.

今天为大家分享的股票就是7200tekseng.
tekseng的表现过去多年都是一路平平，直到去年突然大涨，引起许多股友的关注。
当时我注意到tekseng时它刚从高峰时期的1.3短短几天内突然大跌到0.99。
看看它的盈利其实单单今年2个quarter的盈利就已经超越去年一整年的盈利，这么亮眼的表现股价却大跌是不平常的。
查了一下原来主要原因是他们刚从tekseng solartech 裁员了近200人,导致人心惶惶，许多人纷纷抛售。
仔细查了一下这根本不是什么大事，其实tekseng不但没有慢下来，而且还在增加production line, 这些被裁员的员工都是些临工，工作还不到一个月，取代他们的是许多从台湾来的有经验的技术人员。
如果查阅tekseng 2015 的年报可以发现pvc 生意占了总销售额的一半，另一半则是solar.
而2015他们的盈利可以突然高涨基本都是因为solar所带动，pvc的生意没多大起落。
solar之所以可以搞得有声有色主要是因为台湾的Solartech Energy Corp 投资了100million在tekseng solartech, 买下了他们42%的股份。
如果再仔细研究可以发现2015 tekseng solartech 的销量有186 mil, 其中124 mil (66%)都是来自同一个顾客，年报里他们称呼这个顾客为"customer A"，可以在第89页找到。
如果对比年报里84页可以发现tekseng其中一个子公司的股东也在2015年向他们买了价值
124 mil 的货物，这两个figure 都是 RM 124872096 一模一样。由此可见非常明显这个“customer A" 就是台湾的solartech energy corp. 他们来这里制造solar panel再卖回给他们自己。
由此可见tekseng可以在全球solar 价格下跌的情况下还增加production line 并不是没有理由，因为他们最大的顾客就是他们的股东，他们已经知道大约会有多少order.
综合各种理由我觉得tekseng现在的价格0.98绝对是under value, 加上未来的两个quarter 的盈利今年的总盈利应该至少会是去年的6倍。
就在我断然买进没几天后，tekseng老板loh tek beng 也用0.98买进了2000000股，可见他也觉得这个股价是值得的。
买入后两三个星期，tekseng的股价再跌到0.85 左右徘徊，外界纷纷猜说这个quarter的业绩必定不理想，但我坚持我的看法，2016 年tekseng的业绩绝对不会差，股价回升只是迟早的问题。

Yes a lot of warrants were converted recently. Most probably they got it at a very low price 1 year ago. Converting makes them entitle to the dividend.

quarter result coming, just wait and see. No need to attack anyone, without having people panic selling how do investor get to value buy? Any collection below 1.00 is a good buy in my opinion. Just be patience and wait 1-2 years.

just look at fundamentals of the company, quadruple earnings, increase production line, all signaling growth. malaysia market so not matured, just follow trend, people panic sell then sell together.
