annjoo have good director but china steel always export steel to southern asia. I just jumped ship to CIMB. because cimb price also drop around 22%. maybe cimb have lowet risk compare to annjoo. CIMB may recover faster than annjoo. if CIMB increase back 22%, it can help me reduce the lost of 30% in annjoo. i will invest back to anjoo, after, steel market more stable

砂旅游、艺术、文化、青年与体育部长拿督阿都卡林披露，对于建设廉价航空枢纽的提议，砂政府已成立委员会与亚航高层展开磋商，基本上该计划的大蓝图已出炉。

令人欣喜的是，他表示砂拉越轻快铁也将路经亚航廉价航空枢纽。

惟当媒体要求他进一步讲解计划细节时，他表示将在下次再召开新闻发布会讲解，毕竟建设廉价枢纽是一项庞大计划，有必要另召开新闻发布会作出详细解释。

他笑称，砂政府提呈的建议，甚至比亚航的建议来得更好，因此对方没理由拒绝在古晋建设廉价航空枢纽。

安裕资源 ANNJOO – 2018年股东大会

回顾今年1月，钢铁行业是我们2018年极度看好的领域之一，而ANNJOO也是我们当时的投资首选。尽管接连交出利好业绩，但是钢铁股过去5个月的股价走势已说明一切。

只能感叹及无奈，市场不曾给他们一个公道。太过有信心也不是一件好事，惟有从错误中学习，期待下次可以做得更好。

这一次的AGM，我们决定重新出发，重新探讨钢铁领域的前景。一直以来，ANNJOO的公关活动、对股东们的热情招待、以及管理层的执行能力，备受市场认可。董事经理林鸿泰的一个小时详细业务讲解，以及每一条问题的解答，让我们感到非常敬佩。

1. FY17业绩表现
与FY16相比，铁矿 (Iron Ore) 价格增长22%，废铁 (Scrap Metal) 价格走高27%，焦煤 (Coking Coal) 价格攀升14%。最出乎预料的是，电极 (Graphite Electrode) 价格从低于每吨3,000美金暴涨10倍左右至30,000美金。

FY17的营业额增长主要归功于较高的钢铁平均销售价，而非销售量的增长。相反的，由于基建项目放缓，钢铁销售量还出现微跌的情况。亚洲6国 - 文莱、印尼、大马、菲律宾、新加坡和泰国的钢铁消耗量在去年下滑5%。

2. FY18展望
管理层表示，未来2-3个月的建筑活动将非常缓慢，许多佳节假期落在Q2，再加上新政府的不确定性政策，Q2将会是ANNJOO的淡季。尽管如此，集团依然将保持混合式高炉-电弧炉所带来的成本效益优势。

目前，大部分原料价格已逐渐正常化，并滑落至管理层的预期价位之内。铁矿价格从Q1的每吨74美金下滑至今的64美金，而焦煤价格从Q1的每吨229吨下跌至今的185美金。值得一提，集团90%的铁矿和废铁都是在本地采购。

至于电极，管理层预测价格将在未来2-3年维持在高位。电极在钢铁生产工艺中不可或缺，没了电极，就无法融化铁矿。目前价格介于每吨23,000-25,000美金之间。ANNJOO已经与全球最大电极供应商之一签署5年供应合约，未来不会出现短缺的情况。

另一方面，数据显示，ANNJOO的某个竞争对手已重新开始向中国进口钢铁，但是具体是哪一家则不得而知。也许是新钢铁业者Alliance Steel吧？

整体而言，中国目前更专注于国内的钢铁行情，而出口至亚洲6国的钢铁量从2016年的36mil吨下滑至2017年的21mil吨。由于中国钢铁政策已出现大改革，管理层不认为全球钢铁行业将再次遭遇2013-2015年的情况。

至于为期3年的保护税，一般上MITI都不会再进一步延长。也许，本地钢铁领域到时已经不再需要这项保护措施。

3. 股价
管理层不理解为何HSR的取消导致股价在当天 (5/30) 早上暴跌至2.00，但相信这只是Knee-Jerk Reaction。

根据最新年报，ANNJOO拥有不少外国机构和机构投资者。管理层解释，一旦发生任何大事故，他们都会是第一批作出反应的一方。管理层将与他们会谈，并尝试引导他们再次投资于ANNJOO。

4. 董事经理林鸿泰
“老实说，我们在年初非常看好2018年本地钢铁领域的展望。ANNJOO在竞标大型基建项目的订单处于良好的进展，而中国承包商也开始向我们采购钢铁。此外，原料价格也如预期般回到合理的价位。一切看似非常好，但是在改朝换代后，新政府的未来方向出现变化，导致建筑行业不敢轻举妄动而出现放缓的情况。这些都是不在我们的控制范围内，惟有希望需求将在不久后复苏。”

5. 扩展计划
目前，ANNJOO的年产能为800,000吨，而去年的产能使用率处于80%左右。由于产能接近饱和，若要进一步取得盈利成长，必须来自生产效率的提升，也就是整体赚幅的改善。

管理层认为现在已是考虑扩展计划的时候，不论是并购/收购计划还是产能扩充。未来，ANNJOO也将重新进入出口市场。

总结，ANNJOO是一家基础稳定的钢铁企业，目前的股息率已经高达9%。虽然不知道股价何时才会触底，但是这绝对是我们未来投资于钢铁行业的首选。

“盛极必衰、否极泰来”，我们相信钢铁行业总有一天将再次回到2017年的时光。
