Based on historical records, it usually takes two months for Bursa to lift PN 17. But it's not something extraordinary. The lifting is almost a done deal. There isn't a need to submit a regularisation plan because there is nothing to regularise anymore. Accounts are super healthy.

With due respect, I seriously I can't find any concrete evidence that AAX and Cap A are legally tied together. It just doesn't make any sense at all.

There is no legal and no logical reason to tie AAX and Cap A together. Even if there is any, then it's entirely up to AAX to save Cap A.

Cap A and AAX are not connected. As long as AAX is lifted from PN 17 then AAX will fly. Cap A is irrelevant.

When PN 17 is lifted, 99% chances that it will shoot up above RM 3 because institutional buyers are allowed to buy. Plus the upcoming good quarterly result.

Logically, there is not a need for PN 17 regularisation plan because there is nothing to regularise since none of the PN 17 issues is triggered.
