Hi iloveshare128, hope u are well. Save your breath and focus on accumulating EVERGRN's shares because you will be greatly rewarded when the production and sales are ramping up next year. I'm foreseeing the RM is weakening further with the US hiking its interest rate which will be a good thing for exporters. I'm holding and adding more whenever it drops further. I'm buying not based on panic feeling but I'm seeing bargain values only. You can throw a company's shares if they are losing money but the recently announced qtr result is still well profitable so there is no logic to throw away the shares of a money-making company. Those who over criticize EVERGRN is just jealous and making troubles or unsatisfied that they lose money here.

This type of stock will be worthwhile because it is suppressed down so much that it is considered very undervalued as it goes lower but you must have holding power and time. When confidence is restored and good progress kicks in, you are holding the shares of an undervalued gem company. Believe me, I've been there done that many times. The result will be out today and I can see so many of you panic here. Then you want to sell? If sell also won't do any good but make you losing it all so better keep and accumulate on lower. Don't sell cheap to those who manipulate this stock. They are hunting for bargain values too. IMHO, this could be the turning point after 12 consecutive weeks of selling and that is overdone.

This week will be the 12th week of bear candles weekly chart and there is no stock cannot break the down trend for twelve consecutive weeks as ever recorded so I'm in for a rebound from here on. Selling is overdone and I won't sell cheap to operator who manipulate this.

iloveshare128, I prefer to accumulate more as it goes lower too because I can see bargain values emerge since it's fundamentals remain intact. If truly there are operators manipulating EVERGRN's share price then they are looking for bargain values to accumulate too obviously so do not sell cheap to them. This might be the turning point because you can see strong buying interests at current price range.

Whether it is manipulated or not, one thing we can see now is the buying demand is definitely stronger than before so it may mean this is the point where it should reverse the trend and rebound. For this reason, I am buying at a huge discounted value at least to it's tangible value PBV 0.66 as a safety margin (34% discount to book value) and it's PE is still below 10 which is very cheap in the industry. Jtiasa is surging now.

iloveshare128, lucky you and now its up. The result should be out the next 2 wks. I expect it to be still profitable and fundamentals intact but just how much more or less the profits will be. Going forward, we should see its financial earning to improve gradually in following quarters once the extra production capacity is operational. By then they should be actively taking orders now from the asean markets instead of middle east because the weakening RM should makes it attractive even for asean neighbours to import.

The sell down was quite overdone. We should be seeing a rebound from here at least on technical basis. PBV is 0.68 now at 0.925 price representing a 32% discount to book value (undervalue). If this is being pressed down on purpose to collect by major shareholders behind the scenes, maybe a takeover intention is possible then we are buying at huge discounted valuation.

vincent27, sorry for ur loss but maybe u should have waited for the qtr result coming out this month. I do observe the selling has been for almost 3 months now but as they say it won't last forever so I'm guessing it to rebound at least on technical basis.

iloveshare128, I share the same view as you on EVERGRN. From the figures that I can see this is undervalued at 30% discount to book value of 1.37 nta. It would be nice if someone able to quantify the intrinsic value? At the moment it looks like someone is still pushing down the price. Not sure why but there must be an end to it since that has been many weeks already. Maybe ex_cfo guess it right they want to press down price to take over the company.

Let's recap so far, now PBV is 0.67 at 0.92 price now compared to PBV 0.75 at price 1.02 in just few days ago. So is there more bargain values and margin of safety there? Buying at 0.92 u gained another 11% more margin of safety than before. Strong selling pressure since 3 days ago from 1.00 fall steep to 0.92 is a huge discount. This is not encourage anyone to buy. Just a recap of strong selling for 4 days until now.

I believe EVERGRN's business is fundamentally strong with their ongoing expansion plans and upgrading in progress to increase their capacity. Some critics said now is economy downturn and expansion is not good play but I believe EVERGRN will be able to cope with more demands when more orders increase with weakening RM.

In my opinion, the current RM currency is in a sweet spot for most manufacturers and exporters based in Malaysia and should be weakening towards the near term due to political fiddling.
