This Icap really a joke, luckily I didn't bought it. Last year 14 May it was RM2.57, then all they way dropping like no tomorrow. I think TTB personality got problem, can't accept people suggestions. Even the best performing mutual fund Kenanga Growth Fund only got 25% cash level, this Icap got huge 56% in cash! See how much opportunities wasted there.... Timing market is really stupid act, good investors able to pick a lot of value stocks in the market now, such as MKH, IGB, Poh Kong and etc...

Just hold on to Hunzpty... Based on Alliance research report, its EPS in 2017 is going to be RM0.522, based on RM1.89 price, its PEX will be only 3.62, super cheap!

Folks, stay tuned! MKH was RM4.85 on 3 April 2014, now only RM2.72, 44% discounted price! Even Alliance gave target price of RM5.40!

I studied nearly 300 companies on Bursa, LBS really is one of the highest dividend stock at least until 2017... this year pay 9 sen, about 5.67% yield, very high for Bursa stock. Still holding very good priced land in China Zhu Hai, many projects on the way and upcoming, after few years, more good news coming. Even JF Apex gave RM2.03 target price. Hold this, you won't regret!
