bill up to 70% this FY. that's RM 574m. RM 574 + RM 104m ( this q ) = RM 678 m .
EPS full year at 15% (est ) of RM 678m = RM RM 101.7 m translate into EPS of 39.3 sen.
PE 10 = RM 3.93

( 50% bill case )
bill up to 50% this FY. that's RM 410m. RM 410 + RM 104m ( this q ) = RM 514 m .
EPS full year at 15% (est ) of RM 514 = RM RM 77.1m translate into EPS of 29.8 sen.
PE 10 = RM 2.98

(30% bill case )
If they can only bill 30% of RM 820m = RM 246m
RM 246 + 104m (this q ) = RM 350m
EPS full year at 15% (est ) of RM 350m = RM RM 52.5m translate into EPS of 20.3 sen.

PE 10 = Rm 2.03
