i would think that now is the good time to collect the share since the price is low, for long term investment this definitely a good price to go in. as what 'commonsense' mentioned, chinese tourist will be coming back to Msia, i truly believe this will happen.

attended Yong Tai's AGM yesterday, overall was good. and Datuk Wira Boo earned a big applause from shareholders by explaining on different opinion given from the market/bloggers etc. he was right and make sense, Malaysian have their own perception on Melaka history and watching the show with lots of question mark because it doesnt match the Melaka how we used to think about. therefore give poor comments, but tourist who doesnt know about Melaka actually give very good comments on the show. we do not really take in depth study on Melaka history and what we thought may not be matching against what we watch, we then give bad comments.

another good point is, audience was too focus on the new technology (360 degree rotating seat, water scene) and distracted from the show content. and yea, audience couldn't get the story line, again confused. The show is good, it worth to pay a visit especially they were giving out 2 premium seat ticket to the shareholders which you can find from Annual report that sending out from Yong Tai. (im blessed, this gift was so much premium than door gift given out from other listed co. it worth RM 400++)

talked to their staff, because Encore Melaka ticket sales bundling with The Pines Hotel in Melaka (4-star, checked online), probably could get some good hotel package. Should try calling them out if plan to redeem the premium tickets. *some tips*

it is international theatre using the latest technology with 360-degree rotating auditorium and multi stages. together with advanced audio and 3D video mapping projection. It is World class std, you might need to worry if it selling cheap right? the price reflect its std. or else, you might go during promotion period?

Just hold and wait for dividend.
