You are right, lucky I sold at 0.515.

Look like everyone is still hoping for a higher GO. I would think this will not happen. They maybe just let it suspended and your share will be stuck there. Lots of company which does not follow the requirement will at the end de-listed by bursa and they keep mentioning about their intention not to maintain listing. Good luck.

I think most news outlet missed the big dividend payout announced yesterday. Of the rm385mil to be received for the disposal of the jack up rig, rm180mil will be paid as dividend to shareholders. Or 6.65sens per share. Might not see it from just the headline announcement. Need to read the docs.

If the distribution is at 0.0665 per share, it's still consider good return even if the share price is at RM 1 per share. Where to get the above 5% return p.a in any FD. I think the price will be up soon, probably investor still want to wait after the EGM. Maybe too late to buy at that time.

Even though created many id, smart people can smell the dirty tactic. To newbie, practice like what @Jointpains is doing, study the stock and decide before investing and do not listen to negative people, ultimately it’s your money and decide what best to double up your investment.

I supported below comments. Lots of investor still think that this counter is useless, but looking at QR result trend, this counter has a big potential to move upward and sky-rocket is possible considering those initiatives in pipelines. It's a matter of time and sometimes need a little bit patient for the rally to happen then will fruitful with a good return.

For me, do not listen to negative comments, you decide what best for your investment, ultimately it's you own money.

I see this is the time for Nexgram to rocket upwards, if we take a look to its candlesticks pattern, volume, MA cross, etc., this is the best time to buy RM0.025-0.03. I taught this piece of garbage of a stock will go through consolidation at least @ 5:1, maybe delisted. But the current data showed this is a stock that will be skyrocketed at any time. My analysis shows this stock (nexgram) will go at least to RM4.00 before dropping to RM1.00 (pump and dump scenario), the situation where people suddenly got excited then people who hold it under rm0.10 will sell it.

Closed 1.29....so price will go down further ?

SM offer RM 2 to take MMC private when the NTA is RM 3.18, Felda offer to take FGV private at RM 1.30 while it's NTA is RM 1.14.

Syed Moktar offered to take Mmc private at Rm2.00

from Rm1.30

Last time Syed Moktar took UMland private at Rm3 when it was Rm1.00

If Syed Moktar is in charge of Fgv he would probably offer Rm2.50 to take Fgv private

I think Parksonguy intention is to inform you guys to take precautions and sell at the current price now (1.38-1.40) rather than later when Felda has reached 90% for mandatory takeover then the price will be at RM 1.30. However, it's your choice to sell now or later at RM 1.30. Ultimately it's your decision. On the other note, please do not accuse people with "macai" or whatsoever harsh words/statements when you yourself do not know the truth behind it. Peace no war.

Whether it's 90% or 75%, both also doable. You need to read the announcement in a complete sentence. If reach 90% mean Bursa will auto suspend trading. However if does not reach 90% but exceeded 75%, meaning the public spread of 25% does not meet minimum requirement by bursa for the listing requirement from public spread perspective. To me, the delisted is on it's way.

Wow now they are saying 90%. I remember they keep hammering the magic number of 75% to delist the counter.

Everyday 0.5 cent only....20 days only 10 cents, maybe mid-March only reach 25 cents. Snail movement.

My opinion:-

1) If you still hold FGV share with Felda having 68%++ holding, all decision in AGM will favor to the majority shareholder. Hence, your holding does not have enough votes to concur or object from a minority shareholder perspective. Example change of company constitution, etc that require to be tabled in AGM.

2) With less % of shareholding by non-Felda, the trading volume will keep reducing day-by-day and price will be stagnant probably around 1.30 more or less. Then later become an unproductive counter.

3) The only benefit, you maybe earn the dividend if declared.

Big player already made enough for this year, probably next month only they come-in to play this counter.

There are people asking Bursa to stop price down more than 30 cent. Please learn the basic calculation of limit up and limit down for stock. If stock > 1.00, limit up is calculated 30% and limit down also 30% from the previous day closing price.

I like paktua73 approach and tips. Many people asking here what is TP for LKL, actually for stock on rally, you decide on yourself what will be the TP to determine the profit. Unless stock up/down based on technical, then TP will be based on graph and technical indicators.

Some people are buying FGV share but still unable to differentiate between FGV and Felda. Idris appointed Chairman of Felda not FGV. FGV Chairman still Dato Wira Azhar Abd Hamid.

If Jalan Semarak can get back the land, it's going to be added into revenue valued of 207 mil. Stay tune. They will get it back legally as the evident are siding Felda tremendously.

How can you multiply by 52 ? 5sen dividen is not paid every week lol.

Correct @Ring, based on my calculation of 4% interest, if using 110k for replanting, require at least 10 years to recover back. This is because settlers still enjoying the monthly allowance till fully payback.

@dam82....let calculate our self how much will the cost incurred. Do not just pointing finger to Felda. Anyway, Felda got nothing to do with FGV, they are different entity.

Replanting cost : RM 15,000 (estimated based on the story)
Clearing of old trees : RM 5,000 (estimated based on the story)
Monthly Allowance for 3 years : RM 2,500 x 12 months x 3 years (due to lost of income until new trees bear fruit)
Total cost : RM 110,000 (excluding other charges).

So if you have 100k and to loan someone for replanting, how long you think to recover back your money (i believe you will charge interest as well right).

@curious2, if you think RM 4.5 IPO price is high, then no need to buy this IPO. Actual fact the price is above RM 4.5 for about 3 months before start dropping below RM 4.5. Hence, no need to blame anybody, it is about technique, everybody hoping for higher price, but when it drop, should also consider exit (sell). I am sure some investor are also making money as well when price hit RM 5.10.

@rich, i am a trader, playing many counter not only FGV. I like to post here bcos of some of forumer here are blaming company when share price drop. As a trader, price up and down is normal for us and they should learn when to buy, when to sell, when to cut-loss. Instead of understanding all this trading element, forumer here like to blame the company, blame government, blame BN, blame PM....haa haa haa.

Agreed with GoodCompanies, some of forumer here blaming gov when FGV price is down. Please note that share price changes beyond gov control. It is investor/trader who manipulate the price. If you wanted the price to move-up, then buy more and more to push the price up. If you want the price to go down, sell more and more.....this is basic laa.

@Felda_settlers, If you wish BN to end ruling in next GE14, then vote for opposition laa....maybe opposition can give you FGV price above RM 4.50.
