Agjl: Thanks for your opinions and all the inputs, feel nice to communicate with you in an adult way and appreciate it. Your comments are really great and mature, unlike many of the investors out there who will become super defensive and have to be express their opinions in a sacrastic way as soon as somebody comment something which is not in line with their choices, their communication skill is rather childish in my opinion.

Im holding Genm too since its name was Resort World, so I certainly hope it could perform well and help me to improve my portfolio returns, however, it doesn't mean that we, as shareholders, should blindly believe in it without raising any doubt, no company is perfect in this world and they all have and subject to their own weakness, thus we are just trying to point out some bad or potential bad things we have seen in Genm while not denying that it is a unique and good company, as simple as that yet some people here couldn't take it.

Anyway, may be only very few investor could have a quality discussion but I'm certainly glad to have someone like you around, it might be a tough environment but hopefully you won't give up in telling the facts, cheers!

Most investors can't be rational and only listen to what they want to listen and see what they want to see and simple turn against to those opinions from the opposite. Nobody say it is 100% failure, just trying to say it is not 100% great either with the fact that they still have some issues which raised concerned,both in their result as well as future,can't deny that they have good thing going on but they have some bad things as well, and Genm management team is like Vincent Tan,has made some doubtful moves in the past which potentially mitigates minor shareholders benefits too.

but most of them are shouting and excited about the so called "accounting stuff" now, investing in a way, is about the future "accounting stuff" anyway,lol

a mediocre single digit profit increased with the help of some one off gain effect + no increase in dividends, not saying it is a bad result by any means but also not as good as some people trying to make it sounds like.

but he started promote the share when it was above RM1.50 few years back,many people got trapped because of him.
