so much no sense speculator to talk about fail to get back the deposit, the company ceo wont stupid enough to put deposit that can't gain back.
After a month, ppl will realize how stupid to assume deposit cant get back..

Focus on company fundamental performance instead of keep spreading news such as "no bonus/result released earlier so expected bad performance/high RSI. It is very annoying to focus on such no sense news.
From my opinion huayang bigger problem is lack of landbank and has to keep purchasing land. But the 5 star management to built affordable house n generated profit, which is almost impossible for most of the property stock.
You can go on and keep posting such negative news, but one ppl comments is not able to influence huayang fundamental performance, and so does with its share price that will follow its profit.
Let see this year end huayang price.

Current financial year estimated eps is 41 sen, reflect to PE lower than 6, which is definitely undervalued for 5 star management which gives dividend every year and maintain its growth.
It deserves PE of 8, tp rm 3 above

吉隆坡16日讯)华阳(HuaYang,5062,主板產业股)宣佈2015財政年首季(截至6月30日止)净利按年增长94.3%,从去年同期的1232万令吉,增至2394万令吉,带动每股盈利达9.07仙。
该公司首季获得1亿3650万令吉的营业额,比去年首季的8050万令吉增长69.6%。而该公司2015財政年首季的税前盈利也由去年同期的1664万令吉增加95.9%,至3260万令吉。
华阳首席执行员何文渊表示,「隨著积极维持公司业绩表现。本財政年首季营业额与税前盈利皆提升为该財政年掀开了美好的开始。鉴於更多发展计划即將推介,我们將確保准时交屋,以便迎合购屋者的期待,及继续增进公司的业务。因而,我们非常乐观这將为股东创造增值机会。」
该公司目前的未入账销售额於7亿5650万令吉,主要由易城(One South)、Sentrio Suites、Metia Residence和禧绿苑(Taman Pulai Hijauan)发展计划所带动。该发展计划分別为华阳未入账销售额贡献了逾1000万令吉。华阳预期即將推介的数项发展计划將促使销售动力提升。
华阳有多项即將於2015財政年推介的发展计划,发展总值高达11亿令吉。坐落在新山的Citywoods,发展总值为2亿1600万令吉;The Gardens@Polo Park,发展总值为6400万令吉及同样位於新山的TamanPulaiIndah,发展总值为2600万令吉。此外,还有发展总值为1亿2700万令吉的禧绿苑综合发展计划。
在霹雳,位於Anjung Bercham Megah的Greenview Residence发展计划,发展总值为1200万令吉。同时,佔地777英亩的斯里伊斯干达大学城也將隨著GreenviewResidence发展计划而推行,发展总值为1亿3000万令吉。而斯里伊斯干达大学城总计划的发展总值共达14亿令吉。
另外,將在雪隆区推介的发展计划包括了第6期的易城发展计划,发展总值为1亿8500万令吉。
