I bought it recently bcos its the cheapest entry into the plantation stocks, hoping to make a quick gain and chow. You come across as a very disciplined investor. Theoretically PHB-WRP rto or merger will be explosive to PHB share price but the corporate entities may not see eye to eye on any possible deals. Anyway, if WRP is looking for a backdoor listing, they have so many options to consider, why should they consider PHB? Unless PHB board willing to give the best price deal to them for rto, compared to others.

Yes i attended, it was a waste of time as it revealed the board to be clueless of how they can turn the company around. I also hope maybe CPL can do something this time. With 2.8b shares in his hand, he has more shares than the Chaiman of the company. So he should be motivated to do something. Otherwise we will miss the chance to make some money with this counter. If he succeeded to turn the company around, maybe we should nominate him to be the next MD of the company.

From last EGM, the board seemed clueless what they can do to add value to the company, so they bought CPLA at very premium price, to enter into design and construction business. Some share holders taruk them kaw kaw, and the board cannot answer back, it was quite embarrassing episode for them. So I think if they can get a good company to takeover. thru RTO , it will be good for all shareholders. Condom007 was there, so maybe he can verify what I said.

Shark is slowly accumulating everyday below 0.03, so gotta be patient la. After RI there's too many shares floating out there. No matter what, they need a good story to push up, otherwise cannot sustain the selling volume at higher prices.

After CPL got his big pay day of 2.8b shares, what has he got to show? So many super penny stocks got some good deals allowing them to " rise up from the grave to touch the sky" without paying such a crazy price for it, so what about PHB ? Is CPL bringing in any good deals for PHB to justify the payout he received?

If architecture is real then you have to ask CPL, his architect firm belongs to PHB now

After CPL obtained the 28%, they should own 50% of total shares issued. Thats why easier for them to push. Charlie, they can use the RI money as dividend if hey want to , its just returning unutilised shareholder funds back to shareholders as dividend mah. Win-win

Too many super penis counters competing to get retailers attention and money, so maybe PHB sharks keep low profile and wait for less competition later to push up the price. Otherwise, with so much competition means less retailers participation for each counter.

CPL got 2.8b shares or 28% of total shares issued for selling his architect's firm to PHB. All shareholders donated to him 28% through their share value dilution with the hope he can deliver something for the company. Some shareholders were angry during EGM that the board made such stupid decision. If CPL attend the coming AGM with empty hands after gaining so much benefit, them sure he will kena hantam in the meeting.

Would be interesting to see what the company will announce on the 27/7 AGM . Hopefully there is something substantial to drive the price up further
