(吉隆坡6日訊）和合建築（HOHUP,5169,主板建筑組）計劃向待定的獨立第三方投資者私下配售佔繳足資本10%新股，籌措超過5千200萬令吉作為營運資本。
該公司週五發文告指出，擬向待定的獨立第三方投資者私下配售佔繳足資本10%新股，或最高3千885萬6千195股新股，發售價將在稍後決定。
假設發售價為每股1令吉34仙，相等於5日成交量加權平均市價1令吉48仙折價9.5%，和合建築將最多籌措5千206萬7千301令吉，其中5千零86萬7千301令吉作為營運資本，其餘則為企業活動成本。（ 星洲日報／財經）
