EPF gives good dividends but you can treat PBB as a second EPF for high dividends n capital appriciation.

TP 5.20 is not high. I think if this momentum is in tact by next week it will be pass 5.00. Compare to negative worth bank like CIMB n ARAB it should be 7.0 + at least

Just invest in PBB or MBB. You can never go wrong.

@jeffchan 1901 Actually the Tenancy Agreement is more favourable for the tenant. Eg I have a corporate tenant who request for the 2 months deposit in lieu of notice to be waived . So we have to come to a compromise. In your case your tenant could stop renew the tendency n you have no recourse.
