Newbies and old hands alike should earn or recover something if they move in now for the mother share at between 0.06 to 0.07 per share. Personally, I like what you have said regards the prospect of the PA. Since my last posting in August, I have accumulated 2 million shares at 1 sen per piece. If the mother price continue to move up in the next few months, and the daughter follow in tandem, I dare to say that I made a good decision at following your argument that investing in the PA is at a low risk and with high return potential when acquired at a low price. And like what you have also said, the worst scenario is to convert the PA at 10 to 1 into 1 single mother share. And you have until 2030 to do it!. @BLee: your continuous "hard work" in Focus D forum has brought good results. From 0.04, it has moved up to 0.065, with volume increased substantially. Expect it to touch 0.08 by month end.

@BLee: since the exercise has not worked out to plan, perhaps they may have to push current mother price @0.04 to between 0.05 to 0.08. It is a bit harder to do, because of the need for bigger financial resources. Last month they had difficulties to push beyond 0.05. See what they had done to the share prices of Saudee and LKL lately, I believe they will soon come out with new proposals to raid the market. Have a nice weekend and happy trading next week

@BLee: had the proposal been allowed, the no. of company shares will balloon to 19 billions shares, and the price of FOCUS mother share will be around ±0.015 per share. I just wondered what is in the mind of the BOD?. Who should benefit the most if the exercise was approved? Based on the amount of shares held, Fintec and subsidiaries stood out. If they can quickly push out the shares between 0.02 to 0.03 they can make tons of money.

@scenery posted a message saying that Fintec is holding 50%+ of Focus shares. And I also mentioned in my earlier article that Fintec is the main "financial backer" for Focus, who acts as the "brain". Can you see the connection. Now we will look at Fintec financial info last 4Q ending on 31/12/20. Revenue: 86.829m, Net Profit: 809.883m, EPS: 63.42, Dividend: NIL, NAB: 0.4658. Fantastic results for a company that its market capitalisation is only 138.1m, their last closing price at 0.035 on Friday. They are the major shareholders in Focus, meaning that the kacang putih have no say in the General Meeting on 01/07/21. They have not yet provide the financial info for year ending 31/03/21 to the shareholders. However, the Board of Directors have approved a resolution to extend the year ending to 15 months, ie to 30/06/21. That means shareholders have to wait until August or may be September to see the results. The extension is definitely questionable and why are they doing it. Perhaps to buy time and also to increase their shareholdings in Focus to over 90%. Similar case like Felda and FGV . Once acquired over 90%, they will probably offer shareholders of Focus @0.01. And how they operate to get the desired results. They employ agents to infiltrate into forums webinars and unreliable business news to pass on negative remarks to put fear and confuse investors into selling out at low prices. You will be able to identify some of them because you see them appearing in several forum saying about the same. They curse and swear, but they are not holding any shares at all. Once again, I repeat to the newbies and the seasoned ones. Don't jump into these penny stocks to make fast bucks unless you have the cash reserve. Don't use borrowings, don't use bank overdraft, and don't CONTRA. Take good care of your buttocks and don't get it burnt . Hear you all on Monday.

KPSOON has good intentions to help by giving advice to recover losses. Keep on buying FOCUS if you can afford and keep it safe until it go higher. Don't sell cheap to the speculators.

Focus shares issued is 6.37b, market capitalisation @ 286.7m. Fintec shares issued is 3.94b, market capitalisation @ 138.1m. Both are investment companies and are profitable. However, they do not give dividends. And they are controlling many penny stocks counter. Take note that they force down these counters to 0.02 sen per share and then they do the 10:1 consolidation exercise. Sanichi and Pasukgb are the latest examples. After consolidation, the price will go back to 0.02 sen. And retail players will lose 80% to 90% of their investments. They will curse and swear like some of those heavy losers writing in this forum. Recently, Focus bought Saudee 19%+ shares and is talking to Brahims on synergistic cooperation. Both the companies are food based. Focus and LKL are sharing 60:40 to open a chain of pharmacies in Malaysia. Imagine this and theoretically speaking, we can spend 424.8m+ to acquire both Focus and Fintec. Isn't it the right time NOW to get foreign investors and friends to help catch the Golden Bull . By the way, the Singaporeans has to pay approx SGD 150m. Can someone tell TSJ that currently Iris is besieged with bad Feng Shui. They have too many cases of litigation, disputes, quarrels, disagreements amongst stakeholders and external as well as internal turbulence. Consult a reliable Feng Shui Master and TSJ need to change his sitting position to a more favorable direction. If he start to make change now, things will start to be smooth come August and September this year. Otherwise, he will move in circles and will not be able to come out of the present predicament no matter how hard he try to move forward.

Vinvin, I share the same sentiment like you. I have been holding and accumulating Iris shares the last 6,years and will sell when TP is reached which I believe will happen this year. I will then be able to live comfortably and without the financial worries most retirees fear. I believe in Iris, and it will not fail me. It is only the question of timing. TSJ is buying @ 38.5 sen to average his shares to 42.5 sen. He has bought @ 46.5 sen a month ago.

It is better to buy and hold the warrants as it seemed unlikely that Iris will announce for bonus and rights issues. So far also no news on dividends this year.

If everyone believe that IRIS TP will be 50 cents next week, it's warrant B will be an attractive buy. The mother and son prices will move in tandem. Warrant B should then hit 40 cents which translate to >30% profit over Friday close @ 0.295. You don't want to miss it!

Tomorrow will go up from 0.395 to 0.435.

TA analyst is paid to do analysis only. The boss of Iris will determine the TP price. Keep calm and you will not lose your FD.

PNB entry price @ 0.15 when the market price is 0.185 in 2011 and sold all to Felda @ 0.26 end 2013. Make good profit. Felda entry price @ 0.28 when the market price is at 0.20. They still hold and accumulating. Will make extraordinary profits. And now TSJ entry price @ 0.465 when market price is 0.43, anybody would like to comment on future TP?

About 200 million shares were offered for pp in March 2014 but were not fully taken up. I suspect that TSJ bought up the remaining 40 million shares at a discount to complete the exercise. That explain why he bought shares at off market.

At that time pp share was restricted to purchase by majority shareholders and directors incl CEO. Those bought at 0.51are now facing paper loss at 17%.

TSJ paid 18 million+ for the 40 million shares with bank borrowings. He will definitely need to protect his position and will not allow the shares to go below 0.42, otherwise the bank will want him to top-up. Good time to enter now for both mother and warrants for serious investors. Don't contra, buy and wait until end August. Trade at own risk.

Datuk TSJ purchased 40 million shares off-market @ 0.465 last week is a fact; which transactions are actually10% discount from the 0.51offered as private placement in March 2014. Time will tell if target price will move beyond 0.51.

The Proposed Private Placement will probably go to the African, Oceania or the China connections. It can also be given to Khazanah, Haji Tabung or EPF. Iris has the potential to be a blue chip counter in the future. First, they have to grow their global business. They must enter the big league and be amongst the top 100 companies. This means that they need to have a capitalization of exceeding RM 2 billion and a member of the Mainboard. Hence their share price has to go up and up only. Remember, so far PNB and Felda are the winners. There are others waiting to have a slice of profits.

We have several GUYS in this forum who get a payment of RM1.00 per negative posting from their Master. They need to post as many comments as possible to cari makan. They are neither investor nor contrarian nor speculator. They are the daily wage earner. So don't criticism them anymore.

This guy keep on harping on iris earning of 1 sen a share endlessly. Is he aware of the fact that iris par value is only 15 sen per share. Iris is giving dividend every year despite earning 1 sen. Isn't it great? Other CRT earn more but can not give dividend. So, which is better.

Felda is holding approx 27% iris @ not more than 27sen after acquiring all of PNB holdings. Can anyone guess what will be Felda 's TP for iris if they also choose to quit and take early profit. Iris is such a gold mine and I predict that they will not let go unless they will get 10 times their investment after all the hard work they have put in to secure this ownership.

ImCK, you don't need to pass on to your son because you really do not have to wait too long. Iris will occupy a position in the top 100 counters soon when the mother price hit 1.30 at least. They will achieve it once they move to main board in 2014 or 2015. Be patient and wait for it to happen. Meantime, keep fit and healthy.

Today correction has flushed out almost all contra players. Mother should hit 60 sen and the sons should be at least 45 sen tomorrow. Any objection?
