The price of the Rights Issue is not announced or confirmed yet. It cannot be 0.10. Rights issue are normally issued at a discount to entice shareholders o participate. Again after Rights issue the price of the share is bound to drop. Just an example... if the share price after consolidation is 0.10, the RightsIssue price may be 0.08 sen. After the Rights Issue completed the share price may drop to 0.09, 0.08 or 0.07... To me it should not drop below the Rights issue price... otherwise what is the point of investing.

Rights Issue is a fund raising situation. It should give you some leeway to make money..... Just my opinion...Cheers and have a good day.

However, shareholders who do not take exercise the rights by buying the discounted stock will lose money as their existing holdings will suffer from the dilution.
