Very bad developer and irresponsible.
Look at Suria Jelutong project; very bad finishing and poor management before JMB took over.
Go visit the place yourself.
Just a matter of time before things blow up at sunsuria.
Should just dump this stock. Very bad management.

I dont understand why there are people still buying stocks with bad management and products
