The Board of Directors of Willowglen MSC Berhad (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that on 23 October 2017, the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Willowglen Services Pte Ltd has been awarded a contract valued equivalent to approximately RM5,157,000 by Samsung C&T Corporation for the Lump Sum Subcontract for BIMS & Marshalling Panel Design.

The commencement date of the contract is on 6 October 2017 and will be completed by 31 March 2018. The contract is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending 31 December 2017 to 2018.

The contract is not renewable and the risk in respect of the contract is the normal business risks.

agree totally, but those who are 'caught' in a losing scenario, need not throw in panic if can hold, until offer lapse

A point to note here is unlike previous 3 cases where NTA far exceed offer price, owner can just take private and enjoy the benefits, here NTA 58 sen, but owner pays min. rm0.80, after offer period lapse, have to put up a good story to boost up the price again. so, if we are patient, its just a passing storm n the sun will shine brightly soon.

Just a passing storm, basically the majority shareholders had sold down their share holdings previously and have bgt back to consolidate control at 55%, but need to comply with regulation to make MGO. with solid control at board level, they can focus on buliding up the company P&L
