Son still have validity till 2024.. and exercise price is 0.16.. let say if you buy 0.06 and you convert to mother, your cost would become 0.22.. if you think in next 2-3 week it can maintain above that, then you should know what to do.. otherwise, just wait for next goreng for son..

Btw, they already did the 1st glove but not from the factory.. if you see the slide presentation on egm/agm, they did show their first glove.. of course they just do it in their lab, but sooner they’ll produce it from the factory once the production started..

Jtan63, from what i see, it could due to the current PP exercise, where there are still trying to maintain this range.. once the final price was fix for the remaining PP, then it should slowly moving upward.. those who bought during the first PP when the price range 0.07-0.08 last time have experience this before..

AT have fixed 430mil share PP price worth RM71 mil.. Maximum scenario they need RM99.3 mil to complete the PP. If they manage to fix the price for the balance RM28.3 mil by today, there is a high chance for AT to break the resistance on tomorrow. Btw, trade at your own risk.. manage to topup some today.

Terminating the SSA will be the best way if AT think PGSB acquisition give more headaches to them.. more money need to invest to remove current industrial glove line and replacing with the new one + time consuming. Better purchase and empty factory so can straight away install the prod line.

Bear in mind, AT already included all expenditure and working capital for 12 months on their proposal for PP.. Meaning to say, it venture into the glove without debt.. Once the production started, it will start to turn into profit already..

Still early to limit up.. if everyday up 0.005 cent, i’m more than happy.. If up more than that, it was a bonus.. as most of us holding the share for mid/long term..

This is the property that have bought.. it answered the question from someone why it shows Ripcol industries when google for AT Glove.. :)

We refer to the announcements dated 27 August 2020 and 2 September 2020 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition of Property. The Board of Directors of ATS is pleased to announce that the Proposed Acquisition of Property has been completed on 23 October 2020.

I just chat with one of Ripcol HR on the current situation.. Right now they’re moving to new plant because AT already rent their factory.. And AT will start production by November as per what she told me.. I just bought some for mid/long term investment..

Let say you have 2 lot and EX date price was Rm30.. on Listing date 7hb, the new price for TG was 30/3 = RM10.. And your unit that time was 2 lot + 4 lot ( 1:2 Bonus), which is 6 lot..
