（吉隆坡6日讯）大股东兼联合创办人拿督程铁建和相关人士已掌握达企业（TA，4898，主板金融股）94.42%股权，收购活动已在周五（5日）画上句点。
达企业周五发文告指出，截至当天闭市，程铁健已持有该公司约23亿5712万股，相等于94.42%股权，并宣布停止收购活动。
由于程铁建无意维持达企业上市地位，交易所将在本月15日起，暂停达企业股票交易活动，并根据上市条例将其除牌。
早在2008年，程铁建已献议，以每股66仙的价格全购达企业，不过当时以失败告终。
去年12月，程铁建再次提出全购献议，出价每股65.5仙认购余下股权。
