Symphony House Bhd is set to see water and power assets worth RM800m
injected into a new special purpose vehicle Ranhill Holdings Sdn Bhd under
its proposed reverse takeover (RTO), which is being undertaken via a
scheme of arrangement signed between Symphony and Ranhill late last week.
This will entail the exchange of Symphony’s entire issued and paid-up capital,
less any treasury shares held on the basis of one Ranhill share for every 10
existing Symphony share, at an entitlement date to be determined later. Upon
completion of the scheme of arrangement, Symphony will be fully owned by
Ranhill. Ranhill will then take Symphony’s listing status on Bursa Malaysia’s
Main Market.
 Ranhill has signed a series of conditional share sale agreements to buy
certain units and associated companies in the water and power businesses
of the Ranhill Group. The firm will make a public offering, an offer for sale
and a restricted issue to raise money for the acquisitions. Ranhill intends to
raise up to RM600m from the proposed public offering and restricted issue.
The proposed public offering involves new Ranhill shares at an issue price
to be determined to existing and new investors. (BT)

careful is good. at this point, symphony's loss making business is not a concern anymore since ranhill is buying it as a shell to get listed and during its ipo last yr, it was oversubscribed 13x so tht indicated substantial demands for ranhill. hav a look back the news:

any lower is a contribution to the technical chart retracement but seeing 0.230/0.225 as support. uptrend is well intact.

lol we're not buying based on its quarterly results but for what they have to offer us the symphony shareholders (reward offers not finalized yet regarding the ranhill RTO) since CEO has mentioned to reward shareholders so i think they will approve the shares buyback in the upcoming agm and maybe their intention to cancel some treasury shares to create more values for shareholders lor.

uptrend is very well intact. potential to add more. the RTO could make this leap forward in folds so let's see what they have to offer on its next major announcements

its 12th AGM is coming up soon... we shall see some share buybacks to support the uptrend further besides retailers. would buy as low as possible before they do that. also expecting some exciting announcements regarding the Ranhill RTO on the AGM. ever since the 06may, it showed uptrend is intact so any lower would indicates a good deal to buy in.

LTInvestor RTO valued symphony shares at 0.15. assuming 20% premium, should only trade max at 0.18.

At current price, investors paid 63% premium to gain access to RES.

time will tell lor. if not interested why bother keep commenting here. no need the excessive negative comments mah. if u observe the way that symphony shares are supported, i dont think the downtrend is there coz all are awaiting the next announcements & usually will only bring its price up. sometimes even professional analysts failed :)
