The Company said Private Placement is going to split into a few batches, sometimes, it can spread for a few years. Pasukas cleverly taking the advantage due to Pandemi given by Bursa, to acquire future funds for its anticipated future projects.

It is a wrong concept that the Company want price to fall to issue low PP. If you are the seller of any product, you want the price to go up so that you can sell higher and make more money, or you purposely press down price to sell low? This is just common sense.

Remember don't repeat the previous PP and consolidation, many people don't know what you posted were past, they think company going to do it. This message is killing, people misled by constant nagging from whitlebower99/thehoff for 1 year are in fear.

meichan0522, no company want their share price to drop, some reputable one even share buy back to protect the price. In fact, they would want their share to go up so that they can code higher PP price at 10% discount; bec PP is not for internal staffs or Directors.

Keep your posts so that you won't be able to deny when price shot up.

At last found someone has sense turn up, the sharks is collecting and laughing at the back, the lower the better. wisthlebower99/thehoff is hire by them since last year to mislead people that PP, ESOS and consolidation is company conning investors, and caused panic sell when hear about PP.

I believe he is in other places to do this also, he mislead people that PP will end up consolidation again, which is not allowed by Bursa's rules. Moreover, PP and ESOS not necessary dilute the value but consolidation is definitely increased the value of the shares.

Buaya mula tekan harga untuk dapatkan pp yang lebih murah... Kalau trader jual pada masa ni memang mampus lah. Ni strategi biasa sebelum pp dikeluarkan supaya trader panic dan jualkan. Buaya di belakang kumpul ticket murah dan dapatkan pp yang lebih rendah harganya.

Gtrader, stop lying, in your earlier posts you have lied that the company is going to have another share consolidation, and when consolidation was 10:1; you said you lost money bec of consolidation 25:1.

Gtrader, before share consolidation with RI and after is a total different scenario, if you are unable to understand how it work, just shut up, don't act like a fool to let people laugh at you. TQ.

Those RI created almost 100M cash to the company. Now NTA per share worth 53C, so 1.15B shares worth RM609.5M.

It is a plus to the company not minus, what is there to complain?
