Ringgit depreciated from 3.1 to 4.1 mostly have been factored in the market. Any further fed rate hike will not significantly affect ringgit as it will be adjusted to normal level. The undervalued ringgit will bounce back to around 3.8 by year end.. the key component is crude oil it will be trade between usd 35 to 65 for few years, due to oversupply.

Airasiax ipo was rm1.20. Duringmipo, the oil was high. Now the price only 25% of ipo, very bottom,n also oi. Price is very cheap, oil is about 70 or 80% of the cost. I travel to bkk every monthby airasia, all flights are almost full, about 98% . N the new airasia airport in bkk, Thailand also full of passengers. Airasia has its established name compared to other airlines...
I had 100, 000 aax n 450, 000 aax warrant, I sold all after the ib analyst comment. Now bought back at higher price.
Ib analyst not god, sometimes have to trust ur own judgement. ?.

If u read the annual report or quarterly report, u should know the co will be making loss untill bintan project starts operation. Langkawi Andaman hotel making loss mainly due to absorption of Bintan project pre operation expenses...of course, the land value appreciation from year 2008 to now is not recorded in the book yet.. even only with 20% appreciation will be few hundred millions already. Imagine how much land appreciation if 8 years from 2008 to 2015. Forget about petty or insignificant few millons loss each year because of Bintan project pre operation expenses....the co should be able to generate result by end of the year, n better result tge years to come...

The main asset of landmarks is land. With new international airport, better infrastructure after completion of treasure bay, approval of foreign property ownership........., the land willl appreciate significantly. Landmarks hasnot revalued its land in the book since 2008...8 years land appreciation. Land value will never drop, but property, plantation, oil, commodity value may slump depends on economy. ?..
