Wanda also declined to comment when contacted by the South China Morning Post on Tuesday about the status of its bid for Bandar Malaysia.

Why decline to comment when the whole world is saying they are not bidding? Wanda is not in the list as reported by the S'pore Straits Times.
RFP is already closed.

Wanda should say, 'Yes, we are not bidding'.
The 64k dollars question is WHY?

Spreading false hope?
If one has got large position, one should start investigating d local participants of these seven SOEs.
If one has bought and now holding a paper loss of 30% should he/she realized his/her loss at this juncture?
When GBH was taken over, was there any clue prior to its announcement?
Hmmm......speaking in riddles.

Rumor mill : From MSM, Wanda and CREC are both not participating in d RFP.
But it has been rumored that Malton and Wanda are probably participating in a different 'form'.
So are they lurking somewhere as one of the 7 SOE's from China that r bidding?

This counter is rather bewildering.
From the rumor mill it is not 'dead and out' as depicted in its share price.
Possibly an opportunity though the MSM reporting has categorized it as 'gloom, doom and dead'.
Today's 'silence' in its share price is rather deafening.
Can 'rumor' be kept air tight in Malaysia?
There probably be a reprieve in the next 3 market days much as technicals are not promising.

'One has to lose sight of the shores to discover new oceans'.
'Opportunity is the absence'.
