Poor shareholders got nothing, not even scraps after company made big Profit from land sales!!EDs n BODs enjoy fat salaries n fees whilst poor shareholders continue to suffer in silence! Latest acquisition of land for RM19m for a leasehold land with lease expiring in 2020 (6 years) to go does not bring much confidence! Sell sell sell n invest other better counters in KLSE

With cash per share around RM0.93, it does not require a rocket scientist to recommend "Buy". The ongoing geopolitical crises presents a golden opportunity to collect at the present price range.

It took off when I was holidaying in UK and Eastern Europe. Managed to study its latest Fin Results for FY2013. My 2 sen worth is buy on dip with the ongoing Crimea and Ukraine Crises. Fundamentally attractive with huge but hidden intrinsic value. Buy and keep will bring much financial reward.

limbo rock and limbo lower now, next TP is 0.535 and if breaks see you at 0.41 soon. Extrapolating its 4Q13 EPS, its PE is well over 53X, overvalued compared to its NTA of .36
