since kpmg cant give conclusion, can authority now come out n answer ? they already checked the company right, then can give answer now?

if a company do something wrong, will they really dare to come out face public and put out those claims? if new auditor can come and join them do wrong together, then how to believe other auditors? why until now we cant see a full picture with kpmg?
