Hi Tony, may I know where did you locate that news on US VISA project?

Found it.
- MSC tax-free status expiring in Jun
Prestariang’s MSC tax-free status is expiring in Jun 2015. Over the past nine
months, management has been trying to get one of its subsidiaries to secure
another 10-year MSC tax-free status. Management is confident of getting
another extension.

Prestariang tax exemption (MSC status) going to end soon in end of this June.
How come none of the analysts reflect this factor into their forecasted figures?
Anyone please enlighten me on this matter?

Yes for some circumstances.
But retail investors simply do not have such information as to whether when the big funds bosses are telling the true/fake story.
IMO, share price will still ultimately reflect on the fundamentals of respective company.
Bottomline, invest based on your own research to derive respective companies' intrinsic value.

IMO, the PBB analyst report on the forecasted FYE2015 bottom line is not well supported by their top line..
If we dissect properly the net profit derived based on revenue by the business divisions with respective net profit margin, it shouldn't be that much..
Anyways, I do think that the 52mil+ net profit is achievable for the year but the revenue base should be higher.

That basis used by the Supermx is based on the company's par value of their share issued.
In order to compute the dividend per share ("DPS"), simply get the par value of the company which is at RM0.50 per share multiply by the dividend payable of 6% at par value.
The math:
RM0.50 x 6% = 0.03 DPS per share

Hmm, isn't stated in the revised Budget 2015 that 300mil allocated to software etc. will be slashed? Is this the reason Prestariang did not state the contract value of the MLF 2.0?
"Fourth, reschedule the purchase of non-critical assets, especially office equipment, software and vehicles, with an expected savings of RM300 million."

@euclid,
Sorry for the late reply bro.. Yah, I have asked the CEO about the sudden declined in revenue from software licensing business during the AGM and yes, that business division income is recurring and would be recognize in the coming quarter or so.

Yeah, software licensing should be recurring income for the Co.. Should ask them during AGM on 12th Jun. Anyone going?

In my view, this stock would be great for long-term hold in terms of lucrative capital appreciation (due to their competitive advantage and stable sector which lead to high profit margin and stable cash flow) and dividends (with 50% dividend policy). Hope it would not privatize though where Navis Capital will sell off their shares and leave the board if any potential second offering would be a failure.

Short-term market correction due to profit taking I supposed.

Oh ok, thanks bro. Btw, is that possible that Navis Capital will revised their offer price? According to previous sources, it is possible for Navis to offer another round of offer but with a higher offer price in six months time. Any opinion? Thanks for sharing your opinion in advance.
