@kuanyap there’s announcement for PA. You go to KLSESCREENER, click TAWIN-PA announcement, on the 6/5/2021, you will see an announcement. At page 5, there is an adjusted formula. Read if it’s being adjusted or not. I didn’t really read into it yet.

Yeap agree oh the above statement. Unless we have enough study on the company prospect, else we shouldn’t have making all the unnecessary judgement. For those who have received the RI form , there’s an attached of the company info, we should read properly on that document. I had a brief read this morning. Also we should know why was TAWIN making low margin, and making loss in the past too. And the transformation of TAWIN recent will definitely change our mind. Just gotta give some time to this company to prove in their coming QR for those who don’t trust them yet. I guess now this company will be on side way for some time. Cheers !

So according to the registra office, they say on the 9th of June , it will enter into my account and the exercise value will be adjusted to 0.1 (current at 0.2) ... so which mean the extra 9106 share price is based on the closing price of 8th of June , correct ?

Heyyy guyss.. I have a question for TAWIN WA tho. Really hope you guys can help me. I’ve been thinking for several days.
so it says the ratio is 0.9106 : 1 ... which mean If I hold 10000 unit, I’ll be getting 19106 in total on the 9th June....

if my average price is at 0.2 at the moment, may I know the extra 9106 unit which I will be getting is issue at what price though?

Thank you few of you here who always give such great information about TAWIN. I was really worry about RI because a lot of RI went down and side way for few years. Because too many shares in the market and EPS get diluted. I really hope the boss is ain’t joking about their prospect for TAWIN. In such situation where we can’t goreng stock, I have been looking for a potential long term stock
