To issue ESOS, does the company needs an approval, authorization, registration or file a prospectus with the Securities Commission?

Look at the positive side of it. NOSH 6000mil vs 600mil . At current NOSH of 6000mil , want to buy and sell to earn a miserable 0.005 is like almost impossible to queue behind few hundred millions buy demand. Later when NOSH 600mil. Relax a bit la.. easier to buy and sell to make 0.01. I am not suggesting anyone to buy and sell 0.01. But just an example at NOSH 600mil , it will attract more traders compare to 6000mil.

Everyone one has their own brain . And when come to money, they are smarter than what we think they are . Did you follow others or you make your decision after digging all resources available before entering a counter?
People know what to come and risk they are taking .Don't tell me after so long investing , you dont know that after RI , and prepare to see price go below RI price ( for penny counter) . That is the reason why we saw many hard supporter left the day RI announced. Check the price moment . It started down trend then. Some decide to stay and i m one of them. I stayed back at my own reason and risk plan.
And Yes, i have paper lost . I dont feel anything wrong with it. Matter of fact i have paper lost in many other blue chip counters i am holding too. The only different is in penny counter , we have thrill and being in it. Did you not encounter limit up in the past in penny counters? Even in Kanger, during a glove factory plan announcement . For me the thrill to stay back for RI , is that i can have the free WB . I subscribes soon after i got it without considering , because i do not plan to hold the mother. Sold back all RI bought at same price , keeping WB. My holding cost still same post RI but with free WB. And when WB pressed down.. i trade more my mother share to WB. My holding cost never change but number of holding increased many fold... BUT this is my way of taking risk and of course , these are also money i can afford to hold or lost.
My point here is , we do not know how is others doing . Those visiting this counter, mean they have interest in it . And most of them are only sharing news , that we already know or if not, then we check and verify ourselves. All in same boat . If we are disappointed with the company , we need not rub salt on the wound.

This Gtrade fellow has nothing good come out from him to all the counters he commented . He is just making a fool out of himself. NPRA approval belum dapat , macam mana be listed as importer ? The information we know now is that Kanger already made an application and they are now should be smarter with the application requirement. They knew that to be the registration holder of a product, they need to have the manufacturer authorization , in this case they have it with G42 ( as per the media information) .

Earlier round worked hard with Sinopharm ( which then taken by Duopharma ... Semua pun terkejut, include Duopharma sendiri , no immediate comment

Straits bought asset/vessel and expanding its biz. NOT like those many other companies out here in bursa , lost money qr after qr and raise fund and buying losing money companies and share and not doing what they suppose to do but acting like a investment company .
