寶利機構前景如何？
（2）寶利機構剛完成1送1紅股，以及股票拆細1拆2的企業計劃，使股票數目大增，從原本的2億零157萬1千850股，增至8億零628萬7千400股。

聯昌研究甫於今年7月21日最新簡評中指出，看好上述企業計劃，股票流通量大增，可吸引更多投資者參與投資。紅股等計劃沒有改變公司的基本因素，惟正面看待預期更多投資者參與將有利估值，目標價達2令吉3仙。

另一方面，大馬研究分析員於今年7月18日的報告指出，看好寶利的業務前景，主要是在皮革產品的壟斷地位，以及與外國同儕比較，其高檔產品品牌具吸引人的價格優勢。

大馬研究也看好其海外市場業務，因目前僅佔9%份額（不包括新加坡）及其積極擴張行動。

中長期的印尼業務有望轉虧為盈，越南業務則隨著其經濟复甦。

無可否認，市場擔心2014財政年的國內市場潛在消費活動放緩，不過，預料寶利的同店銷售成長持續，主要是強勁品牌透視度利好支撐。

同時，大馬旅遊年及擴張業務至海外市場，也有助營運賺幅及品牌產品持續增長。特別是它有意通過合作伙伴方式進軍中國市場，以減少投資成本。

大馬研究給它的目標價為1令吉55仙，或等於2015財政年預測本益比15倍水平，比較其5年新高的21倍水平。

in such case, any direct benefit for share holder by this kind of "bonus issue + warrant"

so after bonus issue done, i will have 145,000 share with price RM0.29 and also 5000 warrant?
or i will just having the share?

hold one eu7985, if follow the chart, it need like another 1 week plus to hit it TP 0.24.

example if holding 100 lots, assuming bonus issued at RM0.42.
based on 9:20 ratio, will get 45 lots bonus share
100 00 x RM0.42 = RM 4200
45 00 x RM0.10 = RM 450

after issued,
will holding 145 lots, with price ~RM0.32.
