You need to go back to check when the ESOS was offered and the market price of AWC at that point of time. The variance should not be too much.
This is what the main reason for issuing ESOS so as to encourage its employees to work hard for the company to increase the value of the company. This is like an incentive scheme for them.

QR should be out within this week and it should be good. Expecting the cumulative first half will be better than previous year on yoy basis as the first quarter has shown that. 1st Q year on year performance has improved substantially, a good beginning for better financial year to come. Normally, the 1st Q performance for this company is always the least impressive as compared to the other quarters. Looks like the workings of sharks to push down the price to shake out the contra players and weak holders as well using the announcement of the delay of the contract commencement as an excuse. Overall the company performance and results are still very much in place and so are the expectations for the coming financial year.

Mid to long term wise, the future of the company is still very much intact. Actually, the deferment of the implementation of the contract does not seem to affect the company presently, as the existing revenue and profit has not taken that contract into consideration.
Basing on the existing contracts on hand and its performance for the last two quarters (3Q and 4Q) of the last financial year, the EPS of 2.5 sen for each quarter and going forward to the new financial year, it is expected to record at least EPS of 10.0 sen (2.5 × 4) for the coming financial year. As such, the expectations are still much intact.

Volume has really dropped. Just indicated that the sellers are not in panic selling mood and the buyers are not interested at the moment. Most probably waiting for the QR announcement.
