EGM for the approval of bonus shares and free warrant is on 5th Feb. Not much price movement expected before the EGM. Short term retailers will sell and cause the drop in prices. Usually after announcement of approval of bonus shares and free warrants, the share price will go up as more shareholders will buy more in order to entitle more for the bonus shares and warrant. However this is opposite. The only reason is someone is suppressing the price in order to lower the conversion price for the warrant. This may not be bad for medium and long term shareholders but bad for short term punters.

Glove manufacturers dont lock in contract for 1-2 years with fixed price because the raw materials prices fluctuate. I have a friend order glove from one of the Top foure glove manufacturers and he told me that the order price will be based on when you pay for the goods. if pay one month later, then will be the price one month later. Going forward as the ASP is on uptrend, they usually pay when making the order. This is a good sign for all glove manufacturer.

@pang72. We were talking about distribution of treasury shares a week ago. No need to wait for next AGM. Not only from treasury shares. They distribute from retained earnings also. Also thanks to Budget 2025 for the 2% on the dividend.

My 2 cents. Average selling price is RM 322500( 225000+420000/2). Let say 15% profit on 322500 will be 48375 per unit. total profit will be 1.69 Billion over 10 years. each year profit will be 169M. This project will contribute around 16 cents EPS per annum.

There are approximately 173 M shares in the treasury account. if distributed all to shareholders, each shareholder will get approximately 70 shares per 1000 shares.

Hope the company distribute the treasury shares instead of cash dividend.

Glove usage are increasing every year and any overstock in year 2021 will all be fully utilised in year 2022. In additions all the glove big player are reducing their production and soon there will be shortage in glove supply and the the ASP will increase follow by increase in production.
Today you dont buy and tomorrow you need to pay higher price to own a glove shares.

Many people dont understand the meaning"退税“ in china. This is the waiver of their VAT for goods that export out. Is not a goverment rebate. In china you need to buy“ 发 票” and when your customers purchase from you, you issue them this VAT invoice. The mechanism is similar with GST. No such thing as Government subsidy for export.

Riverstone is selling at Sing 78 cents which equivalents to RM 2.45 based on exchnage rate of S=RM 3.15. If TG selling at RM 1.05, is this a huge discount. This huge discount is due to a major funds selling down their shares.
