Why so concern about the total debt? For me, nth to worry as long as the company can use the debt to bring more profit.

Concession 的Contract 很长 （比如： 20年） ，可以为公司长期带来稳定的收入 (recurring income)。所以，经营concession 的公司，债务都是偏高的。比如 YTL Power, net debt to equity 也是0.71x，现今PE为11x。结论就是，concession 的债务虽然偏高，但是不可以忽略 recurring income 带来的稳定性！
