i believe we shud see huge conversion of warrants much later when the interest of gp mother shall have subsided. At present situation, owner want to sell mother shares as much as they can and use the sale proceeds to exercise warrants (probably some has been done to prop up balance sheet). if not mistaken from memory, owner controls 80-90% of shareholdings.
