seriously why do vc want to raise fund? they have 90m cash (including short term investment) with current term loans of only 63m and their sales is only 39m per quarter. The proposal of the right issue is for working cap and serving the loan. Normally the company want to raise fund will goreng their price first before they make such announcement and now this cash call is slightly more than their current capitalisation. this is absurd
