do u know the asset they want to acquire is also belongs to HS (in proxy) haiz. he is pumping in his other non-performing asset into sumatec albeit in proxy name.

and tell me why the concession they acquire more than 1 decade ago sit down there doing nothing much? now only blow stories and give u fantasy

the dynamic of sumatec has changed. everybody jumping to sell earliest to collect back fund to subscribe for the RI. why? bcos u get free warrant.
sumatec has no choice will test 40c again and again until uplifted from pn17. then again. even with the pn17 news, the upside is cap below 60c or should i say below 50c.
as the news of RI supersede everything else.

it is time in such a way for the funds to buy mother and subscribe to RI and they will dump free warrant to collect back partial fund.

conclusion. full of downside no upside.

Nowadays no more surprise after quater result.. the price will not shoot high as expected.. only hot news such get big contract will make those counters boom.. sumatec.. no boom anymore.. pn17 also take several month .. better out and play with other counter that give quick profit....

respective consultants and advisers on BORNEO, Buzachi Neft and the Subsurface Use Rights as well as the satisfactory evidence that the valuation of the Limestone Production Quarry is valued at least USD25.0 million by an independent value.

(b)
SUMATEC obtaining the following:
-
(i) the approval of the shareholders of SUMATEC of the Proposals in accordance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities;
(ii) the approval of Bursa Securities for the listing of and quotation for the Consideration Shares being obtained by SUMATEC on the terms satisfactory to SUMATEC;
(iii) SUMATEC being satisfied with the fulfilment of all the obligations under the general credit agreement entered into between BORNEO and BTA Bank JSC, as well as the associated pledge agreements and the termination of these agreements upon mutual consent between the parties;
and (iv) the approval of the relevant anti-monopoly regulator in Kazakhstan for the indirect acquisition of the participating interest in Buzachi Neft.
