Can someone with knowledge on delisting (taken private) brief me on this question that has been bugging me. It is the intention of David Ho and Astoria (I believe it belongs to Ho also), to take Hovid private. The offer of the warrants and shares have ended. How on earth is Hovid to be taken private when more shares are listed, due to conversion of warrants. . Anyone can now buy the "new" shares and block the privatisation. Would someone with knowledge on this subject, please write your answer for the benefit of those of us who are seeking answers.
